We are now accepting appointments for new clients. All new clients must book under the New Client tab. Failure to do so will result and in your appointment being cancelled & deposit will be lost.
Please make sure you are reading the COVID questionnaire during the booking and answering the questions honestly. If you are sick, or being around someone who is sick please reschedule. All clients with temperatures over 99.5 will be asked to reschedule.
Here are somethings to keep in mind when returning to salon:
-No mask, no service
- No extra guest
-No laptops or large purses.
-Removal of all previous styles including extension for the safety & sanitation of the stylist.
-All deposits are non refundable & non transferable.
Late Policy: If you are more than 15 mins late you will be charged an additional $15 to your service. After 15 mins you will forfeit your appointment & be asked to reschedule. You will lose your deposit. We service one client at a time and if you are late it throws off the whole day of appointments.
Rescheduling Policy: All appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations may be subject for cancellation fee for full price of service.
No call no shows will be charged the full price of the service and subject NOT to be rebooked.
